Start with a few questions
Answer the eligibility questions honestly. Provide complete income, expenses and existing debt details when requested. An online process still requires affordability assessment and credit checks.
Upload and stay connected
Upload your SA ID and current bank statements covering the last 3 months securely. Employed applicants also need their latest payslip; pension income must be verifiable. Use Secure MBC Support for requests and application updates.
Understand the outcome
Applying is not a promise of approval. If approved, review the quotation and credit agreement before signing. Terms may be up to 6 months depending on the approved product. Payout follows the required documents, signing and DebiCheck approval; timing is not guaranteed.
